Alexandra Brodsky is Director of Litigation in the firm's Marlborough office. Her areas of practice include General Liability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, and Auto/Trucking.
Attorney Brodsky brings extensive experience from both private practice and public service. She has represented banks and mortgage companies throughout the judicial foreclosure process, from initial complaint through trial, litigating civil complaints, conducting discovery, and appearing before the State, Land, Housing, District, and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth. Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Brodsky spent nearly two decades in public service, including as Director of the Bureau of Special Investigations at the Office of the State Auditor, and as a Special Assistant District Attorney prosecuting fraud cases in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. She also served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston, an Assistant Attorney General in the Insurance and Unemployment Fraud Division, and an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County. Attorney Brodsky is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
