Jeffrey A. Fishman is an experienced member of the Firm, having practiced law for over
thirty-five years. Attorney Fishman represents an array of clients in litigation involving personal injury and property damage claims. In addition, Attorney Fishman provides advice to clients regarding the investigation of claims and the suitability of mediation or arbitration for the resolution of claims.
His experience includes jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. Mr. Fishman has handled cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts since 1975. Attorney Fishman is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School with a J.D. and Suffolk University with a B.A. He was admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts in 1973, as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1974, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals in 1975.
