James Huggard is a Partner and the Co-Managing Attorney of the Business and Commercial Litigation Group. With more than 23 years of legal experience, Mr. Huggard’s diverse practice includes representing corporations and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation. He also counsels insurers on litigation and coverage claims.
Attorney Huggard is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and of Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state and courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York, as well as the Federal District Court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
