Erik Tomberg is an Associate at the Firm, representing corporate and individual clients in civil litigation. His area of focus include general liability, premises liability, and business litigation. Attorney Tomberg is a member of the Firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Burns & Farrey, Attorney Tomberg was a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. He has also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nancy Gertner, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, Attorney Tomberg was a law clerk at two medium-sized law firms, and at the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Economic Crimes Unit) for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, he was a teaching assistant in the Legal Practice writing program at Northeastern University School of Law.
