Emily LaCroix is an Associate in the Firm’s civil litigation practice area. Her area of focus includes general liability, liquor liability, defense of auto claims, insurance-related litigation and construction litigation.
Prior to joining Burns & Farrey, Attorney LaCroix was a Law Clerk at the Superior Court of Massachusetts, where she worked extensively with Justices on trials, hearings, and motions sessions in all phases of civil and criminal litigation.
Attorney LaCroix is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, J.D., and Wellesley College, B.A., cum laude, with a major in Classical Civilizations and a minor in Economics. During law school, she participated in the Urban Communities Clinic and was the Publication Manager of the Michigan Journal of Gender and Law.
