Edward B. McGrath is a Partner in the Boston office of Burns & Farrey. With more than 23 years of trial practice experience, Attorney McGrath’s diverse practice includes the defense of property owners, employers, corporations and municipalities. He represents clients in all types of disputes, including those involving the alleged violations of civil rights, employment discrimination and personal injury claims.
Attorney McGrath’s experience includes a wide variety of jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations,
mediations and appeals. He has handled cases in all the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. Attorney McGrath earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and holds a B.A. in History from Middlebury College. He was admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts in 1985, the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 1986, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 1990 and the Supreme Court of the United
States in 1991.
