Brooke Seliger is a Partner in the Firm, and the Managing Attorney of the Insurance Litigation and Coverage Group. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Seliger represents clients in a wide range of matters. Her focus is on litigation involving insurance coverage, and the defense of high-exposure products liability and personal injury claims. Attorney Seliger’s insurance practice includes policy interpretation and assistance for insurers in responding to allegations of improper claims handling.
Attorney Seliger’s expertise includes construction-related controversies, including analysis of indemnification issues and the defense of actions alleging personal injury or property loss at construction sites, and defective design/workmanship issues.
Attorney Seliger is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and New York, and was admitted as a member of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1989. She earned a J.D. from Hofstra University and holds an A.B. in Government from Cornell University.Areas of Practice
